Breakdown of fees:
Bowls Club HQ - Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. We charge a 3.3% transaction fee at the time of booking.
Stripe (online payments) - We partner with Stripe, a globally trusted payment gateway. Like other payment providers, Stripe charges their own transaction fees, which are in addition to ours and can be viewed here . Setting up a club Stripe account is a simple step we can help with when integrating with Bowls Club HQ.
Fee options:
pass on all fees to the paying customer (Recommended)
club absorbs all fees, or
pass on some fees and absorb others
Our recommended option is that both Bowls Club HQ and Stripe fees are passed onto the paying customer at the time of transaction - this means using Bowls Club HQ costs your club absolutely nothing!
